  Absolutely avoid this company. They are slow at resolving claims and down right rude in the process. I have an outstanding claim with this company which has been on going for a year and a half. The claim was on my home insurance policy and the solicitor that MIS retained for the case stated at our one and only meeting that he had no experience at all on the matter - far from satisfactory. When a year had passed and I still had not received a visit from an assesor or independant expert, I contacted MIS. I was repeatedly told that only one person was able to deal with my claim and he would get back to me. Eventually I received a call from a senior figure in MIS however, I didn't even get a chance to speak as he kept on telling me that he knew better than me and that was that - yet no one, either independant or from his company, had visited the site in questions. Again, far from satisfactory. There has been no change in the matter in the last 6 months. This company is one to avoid if possible.
